1. How long will my package take to get to me?

Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped within 2 days. Transit time does not include up to 2 day processing time. Typical transit time is 1-5 business days for Domestic orders, and 5-10 business days for International orders.

Receiving a shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our warehouse. Depending on the shipping method selected, please use the carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package is picked up, in-transit, and delivered to your door.

2. How do I return something or make an exchange?

Please read and follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.

3. The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

We don't restock every product that sells out, but we do keep inventory of our coreproducts and restock select items at our discretion. That's one reason why zertonecosplay is so collectible. We urge you to buy it when you see it so you don't miss out forever. Best thing to do is check the site at least once a week. Hint: we drop new shit every Thursday.

4. How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

5. I tried placing an order and I didn't receive an order confirmation but it’s showing up on my credit card statement as being charged.

This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have already contacted them and they will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.

6. I forgot to enter my discount code.

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!

7. Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it.

8. What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

To report a damaged item, please use the following process before returning:

Take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to Customer Service ( along with a description of the damaged item and your order number.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

9. Will I be charged tax?

No tax for all orders.
